Freecorder Toolbar Application 3.0 is a new browser-based audio recording program, with some browser enhancements.
Simply put, Freecorder Toolbar Application records everything you can hear through your speakers.
The program installs itself as a browser toolbar in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, letting you record every sound coming from your speakers. The result is, by default, recorded in MP3 format, 128 K, in your C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\My Recordings\ folder. During the recording, you will see a Windows with a moving wave that represents the recording being made.
In this way, you can record and save streaming audio from your favorite internet radio stations, TV programs or music videos. You will be able to save them with high quality, and to replay them whenever you want.
The program also provides a search facility that displays its results in a new browser window, powered by Google. It allows you to highlight the search terms in the page you´re looking at. |
